Vladimir joined Freedom Fuels & Commodities in 2016, bringing his experience in physical trading of commodities by rail across the US and Mexico. Vladimir led the firm in its initial years of rapid growth and manages the growing team as the company expands into new regions.
Freedom Fuels & Commodities was formed from the partnership of a propane retailer, a propane wholesaler, and a manufacturer of propane tanks and cylinders. With the support of experienced investors, our team offers a range of product solutions throughout Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Apart from assisting with the existing rail business, Justin specializes in unique solutions for midstream and upstream producers.
David Eastin, Partner
Tenured with 40 years of experience in the natural gas liquids industry, David serves as an Advisory Board Member of Freedom Fuels & Commodities. Throughout his career, David held senior positions at such notable companies as NGL Energy Partners (NYSE: NGL), Superior Propane (TSX: SPB), Suburban Propane (NYSE: SPH), Star Group (NYSE: SGU), and Ferrellgas (NYSE:FGP).
Samuel Ruk, Partner
Samuel is a commercial and residential real estate investor in both Miami and France. During his time at industrial gas conglomerate Praxair Inc., Samuel designed and implemented processes and reporting tools to assist senior management in key pricing decisions. Samuel advises Freedom Fuels & Commodities in identifying and implementing tools to improve business efficiency.
